to start-rude mean not helpful. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!

Being in the Nutcracker for years trying to get pointe shoes at trep-art is horrible! they are rude and so not helpful! RUDE RUDE RUDE!!!!!!! They will not give you two seconds of their time to help even when NO ONE else is in the 'store'.

Wonderful customer service. I've started to try out at a local theatre in my area and found myself in need of some dance shoes. So I was looking for a place to buy some before I tried out for West Side Story, and I found Trep-Art. The person who helped me find the right size was very helpful and patient. She had to go back and get several different sizes because I couldn't find the right fit. Eventually I found the right fit and found the shoes to be immensely comfortable for dancing shoes. Also, they're great quality. My dog found one and decided to use it as a chew toy, but they still haven't fallen apart. It's a great store and I'm going to find myself back in there very soon to buy some character shoes. :)
