Unreliable Unreliable. Bad customer service bad follow up, poor accounting,bad customer service, I don't even think its open anymore noone ever answers the office phone

What a mess. This company has been the worst. The owner is unreliable, doesn't keep you informed and can't collect your rent on time. My renter didn't pay for monthes!!

DO NOT USE NOT HONEST BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES.
Very unprofessional business.
Accounting practices are a mess. IF they were audited, they'd be shut down.
The office is a mess.
They don't know what's going on and don't keep track of what they are hired to do, like collecting rent for their clients.
If you want to loose money and loose your mind, go with Colonial!
