Great Pool!
by amysmarie
I disagree completely with the previous reviwer who said that it's too expensive and crowded. ALL pools are crowded if you go on the weekend in summer! I beg that reviewer to fins one that isn't! The pools are clean and well mintained. There are plenty of lifeguards. The rpice to get in is totally resaonable! four oir five dollars for unlimited access for the day is reasonable! Why is isn;t it? If they charge less they will have to shut down the pool! I would rather support it and keep it open! My son LOVES the zero-depth pool and fountains as well as the sand and playgrounds areas. Be careful, though. When the kids are wet the playground can be slippery. He fell and broke his arm last year :( That won't keep us from returning, though. The concession stad is totally reasonable too...if it's too expensive for you (a couple dollars for each item) sneal your own stuff in :p
- Pros: Great shallow pool and play area for younger kids
- Cons: None!
great for all ages

i completely disagree with the previous rating. we had so much fun at the wirth park pool. we have a 3 year old and a 7 month old. the area for the little ones is the best. it is huge. my 3 year old loved both pools. the only downfall was that they would not let him use the diving board. he is a great swimmer and has jumped of diving board several times. he loved the playground too. the child pool was perfect for both. my 7 month old loved just sitting there and splashing or crawling in the water. i thought the price was fine. lots of seating and places in the shade are great for the little ones. the locker rooms were clean too. great fun and we are planning to go back soon to show grandma and grandpa.

Well, what a shock we were in for when we found out it costs 1 adult and a child almost $10 to swim for 3.5 hours and rude people take your money! We had nothing left for concessions after the "robbery". Unfortunately, if you are not an "exclusive" City of Brookfield, WI resident (even though you work there) you must pay higher rates.
Since there is nowhere to swim in Muskego that isn't a cess pool, I thought I'd go back to where I swam as a child. BOY has it changed! And, they dump the inner city and other daycares in the pool. It is so crowded you cannot find a place to sit, let alone swim. We do not wish to return!! Some memories are better left untouched.
- Pros: Nice facilities
- Cons: Crowds, PRICE, limited hours, limited privileges, overzealous lifeguards
