I had a snowmobile helmet that broke last season, I brought it into Cedar Creek. They tried to repair the helmet, but it did not work and they ordered new parts. The parts were continually on back order and the week before Christmas the parts still did not arrive. This saga started in Oct. and now snowmobiling season is apon us. The wonderful parts guys Kevin and Derek worked their magic and gave me a replacement helmet! The service was excellent and I plan on buying a replacement sled from these guys also. Great service, kind, polite and respectful. Thanks!

Words cannot explain how happy Matt and I are with all of you and I encourage every one of you to keep up with the positives you do as we will be frequenting your establishment for years to come as will ALL of our friends and family….not to mention everyone else we can possibly send in your direction!!!

I was so happy in the dedication of your firm and its people that I decided to order a new Free Ride and also had my best friend Matt order a new 800 Backcounty…he sees the effort put in by you all and also thought your devotion warranted the need to continue his business with you once again!!! Over all I am pretty happy with this place. First time in was to go wait with a friend while he got a tire for his bike. The service guys are really friendly. It didn't take them long at all. Even if it did I wouldn't have mind. There's tons of stuff to look at in the showroom. I could spend hours in there and have!
