authentic mexican goodness. Jalisco has great salsa -- really hot, but really tasty!! They make their own chips, which are great -- when they're not stale. Service is abominable. Inconsistent at best. They are NOT any good at modifying anything on the menu (as in "no tomatoes, or extra jalepenos") maybe it's lost in the translation. Flour tortillas are tiny and see through thin.:(

Never a meal you can count on, as it varies greatly.
