This is the only shop I have used for my Jeep for the last 7 years. Their ASE certified mechanics have done a wonderful job in keeping my 1998 Jeep with 195,000 miles on it going. A few hundred dollars in repairs each year is better than a car payment in my eyes. They handle all repairs in a professional manner and I can trust them and never feel like I was asked to pay for something I did not really need. They also do emission testing and that makes it very convenient.

They got my car in right away and called me back with an estimate in a short time. Very fare price, and no surprises on the bill when i picked up my car. I would highly recommend Krueger's to everyone.

I just had the most wonderful experience at Kruegers Auto. I went to Kruegers because of their big Humane Society Fundraiser in July; so glad I did. Since then I have taken all three of our cars there. So far I got two cars tuned up, a great deal on quality tires for my Honda Pilot, an inexpensive repair on Grandma's AC and an estimate for several hundred dollars less that an un-named dealership quoted me for my tire pressure monitoring system problem. I have complete faith in the integrity and ability of Kruegers.

Regarding the woman at the service desk...

I know she attends training workshops and is very knowledgeable in her field. I found her to be NOT ONLY knowledgeable but helpful, friendly and respectful of my time. I highly recommend Krueger's.

Bitchy Receptionist. This may be a good place to take my car, but I'll never know. I live nearby and get a ton of solicitations from them. Having recently moved to Cedarburg, I wanted to try them, as an alternative to the dealer. BUT, I just tried to call to make an appointment and the woman who answered the phone was so rude and impatient, I finally gave up. If she had something else to do, to the point that she couldn't get me off the phone fast enough, maybe she could - in a friendly way - offer to call me back. What a bitch.

100 % WOMAN FRIENDLY. This place does sooo much for the community it is the only place I go to now.

I just recently received a letter stating they are doing a fundraiser for the Ozaukee County Humane Society.

Every oil change that they do money will be donated! They also show you what they did to your vehicle when fixed. I love their cookies and apples in the waiting room. Its also nice to see magazine that I like not just ones for men only.

WORST AUTO SERVICE SHOP IN OZAUKEE COUNTY, IF YOU ARE FEMALE RUN, RUN, RUN, RUN. Walked in thinking that I would get friendly assistance. No walked away spending well over 2500.00 for a car that ran a week and all work done was unsatisfactory, to put it mildly. Or how about the time I was charged $500.00 to clip a wire! Or being told that I need a radiator, when I just had a brand new one installed.

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!
