Hello! I think antons is a great place to go! and all of those people complaining about not being able to get in with smart circle dont even pay so you cant complain. i think the receptionists are nice, they take your coat, offer you a beverage, and help you book future apts. the stylists are all great to there are so many you can definately find one that suits your needs! i highly highly reccomend them and WILL continue to go there for years to come.
- Pros: people who really work hard to get you what you want

Unprofessional, obnoxious, and rude!

I have never been treated so poorly when trying to spend money in all my life! I purchased a Smart Circle gift card for Anton's at Sam's Club. I called on Thursday (3/19/09) to book my appointment and the receptionist's attitude completely changed when I mentioned the card at the end of the appointment. I guess she had to change the person I was with and made it sound like it was a complete chore to do this. If I hadn't spent the money to buy this card in the first place I wouldn't even be bothering to come. I still might cancel this appointment and just take the $50 as a loss... I've never had services at the salon but I've bought products there and always thought they were nice but maybe they aren't as nice as they seem. That girl at the counter might think twice about how she treats people who she thinks aren't as good as her, because my money is just as good as the next gal's. She would do well to remember that.
