poor customer service..... went there to buy a tackle box.... found one that I really liked but was missing ALL the items from the inside.... brought it to the register to ask if they had any more in the back and if not would the price come down a bit because it was just an empty box and missing everything inside.... register lady called an african american sporting goods employee to check... she came over to the register with a bad attitude rolling her eyes and breathing hard.... she eventually found some parts that supposedly belonged to it... or took it out of another tacklebox.... and i eventually STILL bought it but before the parts were even found my wife was also asked from an employee if we were even going to buy it...... 1. it was the only one left 2. was going to buy it wether they found the part or not thats why I brought it to ask if there were any left in the back with ALL the parts or if they can bring the price down a bit because it was MISSING PARTS 3. I'm the customer... I asked nicely to see if there was anymore left...... 4. isnt a MILLS FLEET FARM EMPLOYEES JOB to help a customer when needed... isnt that the reason why you work there????RUDE..RUDE...RUDE...WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN.. THEY ALL ( including me) SPEND HUNDREDS THERE TOO..... would rather travel farther to gander mountain or bass pro..... and will definetly post it all over my facebook.... RUDE!!!!.. not the first incident either.....
The Germantown Fleet Farm Automotive center is not at all customer friendly. A simple job that should have taken them 1 full day - about 6 hours - ended up taking a full 6 DAYS. They continually played the blame-game, saying the problems were NAPA's fault, previous mechanic's fault, etc etc. They order the WRONG part, had to send it back, refused to answer us when we kept asking HOW LONG and HOW MUCH LONGER? They were rude, did not return calls, and generally just didn't care about us. We will NEVER take a car there again.
Love it! Cowgirls and men with trucks heaven!. I have a horse and my husband loves to tinker on his two trucks, and my car. This store is perfect for us both and we live a minute away. Fleet Farm is where we went on our first date after meeting up for coffee. We're both country folk from out west and this store makes us feel like we're at home. The horse supplies are great, and my husband loves the automotive. We also purchase clothes and anything else we can find there that we need. We so wish you guys had a wedding gift registry. Call us hillbilies if you want but we absolutely love this store!!!!
