Thank You!. After having the siding on our home replaced last summer, my husband and I decided that we needed to look into having our garage doors replaced as they were old and did not match our new siding. We went to Geis to look at new doors and were very impressed with the friendly and knowledgeable service we received. We left the Geis showroom having purchased 2 new garage doors and one garage door opener for under what we had budgeted, thanks to the salesman being very attentive to the fact that he could save us money on one of the doors, which happened to be in stock and met our size specifications, but had been re-stocked because another customer "changed their mind" after having special ordered it. The installation of our new doors and opener (purchased with the savings on one of the doors) was seamless and we could not be happier with the look and functionality of our purchases. Thank you Geis for your professional and friendly assistance in helping us to complete our home's "facelift!"

Thank You So Much!. We purchased our garage door from Geis approximately 10 years ago and last week am I glad we did. My wife was leaving early in the morning for work and was running a few minutes behind. Upon exiting the garage she forgot to open the garage door and consequently ran into and damaged the 2 lower sections. I was able to get the door up by hand and get her off to work. I immediately called Geis and they were able to tell me exactly which door I had and when I had purchased it. They told me they had sections in stock and could be out to my house later that afternoon. The technician arrived with a complete new door just in case the damage was worse than I had thought but to my great surprise only the 2 lower sections were damaged and Geis only repaired what was needed to be replaced. The Geis technician/office staff were very professional and courteous, which was appreciated during this unexpected situation. My wife especially would like to thank everyone at Geis with their great service because it got her out of the doghouse quicker! I would highly recommend Geis with your garage door needs.

HORRIBLE Customer Service and poor quality of product. I was referred to Geis for their reputation. Unfortunately I did not experience anything positive with this company! It started with purchasing a new garage door. My door arrived in about a week, which was great. We setup an appointment to install it; they came out and did the installation. Never explained anything or asked if we had concerns. They did however mention the door was poorly constructed and nothing lined up on the door. I call the company and they said they would call the manufacture. We had decided to replace the door with a new one. However, I had to call Geis three separate times to find out the estimated date of delivery; they never kept me informed. The new door came in and it was installed, not perfect but much nicer than the first. I called Geis with my credit card to pay the outstanding balance. Over a week later I was online looking at my bank statement and to my SURPRISE, Geis had charged my credit card with an additional $500. I called them immediately to discuss the situation. I spoke with a female, who was rather rude and extremely unprofessional. She said it was a honest human mistake and then turned around and said, "you mean to tell me you never made a mistake! I have been here for 20 years!" in a rather snobbish tone. Fortunately this had nothing to do with my mistakes, BUT everything to DO with THEIR MISTAKES!!!! I could have dealt with the poor quality door and having it fixed, I could have dealt with my credit card being charged $500 with out my consent, but I can NOT deal with someone being RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL!!! I was simply making them aware that there was a problem and I wanted someone to look into it and resolve it, not yell at me on the phone, insult me and questions my morals or personal situations. Never would recommend this company to a potential costumer.
