A great place to be treated like dog poop.
Although the bead and finding selection is nice, you leave there with little dignity intact. The help are rude and snooty, and even have the gall to talk about customers after they've left the store. They gossip incessantly, and seem to view the owner with disdain. It's totally ridiculous. I have ceased shopping there.
Biggest selection of beads in the metro area!.
Make sure u have at LEAST an hour to shop when you go - it'll take that long just to see everything - but bring lots of money cuz you'll need it - the stuff ain't cheap! The classroom/bead party room is great.
If you purchase from their web site and the item you receive is not as described, you will probably be out of luck. Read the return policy on their web site and decide if you want to risk it before ordering. The policy incorporates a lot of leeway for them to just take your money. The merchandise may or may not be what you ordered, and if it's not right, they will not correct the problem. Nothing is their fault because they don't make mistakes.
The customer service department may attempt to correct a problem, but ultimately it's up to the owner, who is extremely rude and nasty.
You probably won't get ripped off if you shop in person, but why support a business that treats customers this way?
