Love this flower shop, from the second I walked into the shop I felt welcomed. I needed to order some funeral flowers for my Grandpa, the staff was so patient with me and so willing to personalize my oder, they were even able to put in some paying cards. My Grandpa loved playing cards. Thank you for making my oder so special.

I had to write a review! This shop was so friendly and went over and beyond. I wanted to send something special to my mom, she loves hydrangeas. The lady had some great suggestions. I also mentioned that she loves the cookies at the bakery across the street. She ran over and added it to my order. My mom loved the flowers and the cookies. Thanks for making my order so personalized!

Totally recommend! Wanted to send my sister flowers because she was having a bad day. I was glad they could get it out that same day with no problem. I ask that they just send something that would nock her socks off. They did just that! Flowers I have never seen and creative style. People in her office where coming to check it out all day.

No Real Upgrade - Cheap Ribbon. Asked for an upgrade from $50 to $75 on an arrangement. The basket was bigger but the contents were the same so they added a cheap, rinkled 1" ribbon instead and were obviously in a hurry or not artistic enough to pull it off. Arrangement was dull and sparce. Go elsewhere if you want quality.

Very Helpful!. The ladies at Bank of Memories & Flowers are very helpful for a guy who doesn't now much about flowers. I volunteered to get the flowers for a family funeral and had no idea what to get. They asked a couple of questions about the service and what colors would look good. They showed me a number of example pictures so I knew exactly what I was buying. The flowers looked great and I received a number of complements. I'll be back!

best flowers and service. I had a wonderful experience with Bank of Memories!! They did the flowers for my wedding and I absolutely loved them!! I gave some ideas and they ran with it and created something way above my expectations!! The flower arrangements were unique and beautiful. I would highly recommend Bank of Memories!

Best Experience & Service hands down!. Bank of Memories & Flowers has been my go to florist for more than 6 years. My first experience with them was my wedding where they went WAY out of there way to make sure our wedding was perfectly accented with flowers!

Each and everytime I have placed an order for an arrangement they have been professional and very creative. I recommend them to anyone getting married or in need of arrangements. You cannot go wrong with BOM! They are THE BEST!

Best Floral Shop. Bank of Memories and Flowers is one of the best floral shops in Southeastern Wisconsin. I have been going there for the last 8 years and there customer service and floral arrangements are outstanding. I even had the opportunity to recently work with them for my wedding. They designed the most amazing and unique bouquets and set up I could ever dream of. If you want sophistication and style with top notch service, this is your florist. Owner Melissa and her floral stylist team go above and beyond. Any one would know a great florist, that is high in demand, will charge a consultation fee. Completely expect it, to get that chance to work with Bank of Memories and Flowers.

Very Creative. I used Bank of Memories & Flowers for my wedding and had a great experience. Yes, I had to pay for the consultation as well, but I can see why they charge for this service. I checked out three different florists before choosing BOM, and two of the three charged me a consultation fee. I think it's pretty standard. Plus, the fee went toward my final bill so I did't see any problem with it.

The flowers turned out beautiful - I had dalias, roses, peonies in light and medium pinks. The owner was the one who serviced my wedding and she was very professional. I'm really happy with the service I received and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to future brides.

Best Florist in the Falls!. I have been a loyal customer of Bank of Memories for years, and can't say enough great things about them. From our wedding flowers, to arrangements for family birthdays or baptisms - I've always been impressed. Everyone that I have recommended them to seems to feel the same way. When I get flowers delivered, I can tell in an instant if they are from Bank of Memories - my husband knows better now :) I'm sure you would be happy if you checked it out!
