Spa. The spa needs a make over! The decor needs to be updated. The showers are small, no privacy, dirty. Robes are falling apart. Towels are small with holes and rips in them. The spa rooms are small and do not professional decor in them. My therapist was absolutely wonderful! But will not go back.

Poor service at the hotel bar.. I attended my niece's wedding this past weekend where several thousands of dollars were spent and when I asked for a glass of water at the hotel bar, I was denied. I was told I could purchase one for $2.00. Also when my nephew asked for a can of soda, he was sworn at by the bartender. Until about 20 of us entered the bar there was only about 7 people there. There again more income for the establishment and yet I could not even get a glass of "free water".
