customer no service. I called ahead for hours and a product I was looking for. -she said she had to look wasnt sure if she had it. I said okay and told her I would drive over. I also was interested to see their store and other stones I was looking for. She was on the phone when I arrived she kind of glared at us with a look like I was interrupting her day and then she said she hadnt had time to look for what I called about and she wouldnt look unless I left the store(maybe product in basement). why didnt she tell me she wouldnt look when I said I was driving over to the store? anyhow I guess she was afraid we would steal from her., nice projection lady. it was like pulling teeth to get information on what I was looking for and at the point decided I would drive elsewhere to invest in what I was looking for. Ugh, how someone in the midst of so many nice stones could be so unsocial and unhelpful is simply amazing. I am surprised they still have their doors open. I will be sure to recommend Cedarburg or even driving to Madison if you want someone who will value a customer. blick nasty awful feeling would score this in the negative if I could...!
