Short Sale: Kudos to Emmer. Working with Vicki on our short sale really made our sale and process headache free. The reason we choice Emmer Real Estate Group was because they had a "make it personal" attitude, the first time we met them they really made us feel like family. At that moment we knew were going to choose them.

We didn't know a lot about the short sale process, and they were very instrumental in telling us the steps, what would happen and who would be contacted. They did a great job at communicating where we were in the process along the way. Communication was always there whether it was by email, phone calls, faxes and scanning the documents.
