Low quality. OMG - I just had some diamond jewlery appraised that I bought here and was told the the quality of the diamonds are several grades lower than listed from Zuckerman. I feel ripped off.

Superior Service. I borrowed my father's watch and broke the cyrstal. I brought to Zuckerman's and they repaired it in 25 min. It was the best $38 I ever spent. Seriously people this is the place to shop!

not friendly. I trusted this store with a special sapphire and they cracked it, denied doing it and treated me poorly. Ultimately, I proved to them that they did it, and they did pay me a minimal amount for the stone. Over an 8 year period, I spent about $10,000 there and they knew me. The reason that I am so unhappy is because how the owner of the store treated me when I refused to believe that the crack in the stone was natural and questioned her. She was very rude to me. I will never go there again.…
