Excellent Service! I've been to many stores saying they will "buy" gold from me for money, but not any as quite as this. Not only do they offer more money for your gold and diamonds, but they have a courteous staff

Low quality. OMG - I just had some diamond jewlery appraised that I bought here and was told the the quality of the diamonds are several grades lower than listed from Zuckerman. I feel ripped off.

Great Store, Great Service, Great Pricing. I had a wonderful experience at A.C. Zuckerman Jewlers. The service was phenomonal and they made me feel like family. The seletion was amazing, and the price was great. I would suggest this store to anyone. Thanks again for the help with my engagement ring!

Superior Service. I borrowed my father's watch and broke the cyrstal. I brought to Zuckerman's and they repaired it in 25 min. It was the best $38 I ever spent.

Great Prices, Friendly Service. A.C. Zuckerman Jewelers was an excellent shopping experience! I was helped right away upon entering the store. They were not pushy and gave me many options to choose for my wife. Prices were more than fair and worked within my budget. I will defiantly recommend this store to my friends.

not friendly. I trusted this store with a special sapphire and they cracked it, denied doing it and treated me poorly. Ultimately, I proved to them that they did it, and they did pay me a minimal amount for the stone. Over an 8 year period, I spent about $10,000 there and they knew me. The reason that I am so unhappy is because how the owner of the store treated me when I refused to believe that the crack in the stone was natural and questioned her. She was very rude to me. I will never go there again.

Recommended, stylish, modern, unique. This is a very nice place, we were looking for a wedding ring for my husband and went to so many places, but just couldn't find what we wanted until we came to Zuckermans. I loved their collection because it matched with our taste. I will continue shopping there and really like their unique and beautiful collection.

Great customer service for over 5 years.... Our family, and referred friends, have experienced very friendly and gracious service for many years. A friend of ours purchased his engagement and wedding ring with total satisfaction as to the quality and the service that he received. I am surprised to hear someone say they are rude as this has never been our experience. Respectfully, with commodity prices changing, it would be impossible not to adjust prices accordingly. We have worked at length with them to design personal custom pieces and they were completed within the time promised.

We are pleased with pieces purchased and designed at Zuckerman's and we will continue to do business with them.

Avoid at all times - rude and overpriced!. I went in to get an estimate to get my engagement ring reshanked. I was told $150 and then a month later, $180. The owner came out and rudely told me that price of gold had increased and their prices reflected market value. She nor the sales woman was not kind in the slightest. When I told her that I didn't like the way she talked to me, she told me to take my business elsewhere. So, I did. Gold and Gems down the street quoted me $80 and said their prices remain the same regardless of market price! And they were very nice!
