I have had NOTHING but excellent service at East Towne Jewelers! I have had items appraised, purchased new pieces, and taken in several items for repair. I have found the selection to be outstanding and the customer service to be top quality. The staff has always been helpful and courteous. The owner/designer is outstanding in her concern for customers and has always been willing to answer questions, return calls quickly, and design a piece if I can't find exactly what I want. All in all, I would HIGHLY recommend this store.

Horrible Customer Service. I've shopped at this store many times. Today I went in to exchange a Pandora bracelet. I've been told more than once that this was not a problem as they tend to get big. Today however, I was told absolutely not and was spoken to very rudely by the owner and other two associates working. I was called a liar and basically laughed at. The owner compared wearing a bracelet to wearing a pair of shoes in that worn shoes cannot be returned either. A bracelet that has hardly been worn is in no way similar to shoes. She claims that the clasp might be bad because I've worn it. If that's the case, her jewelry isn't very lasting or secure then. Used is used and if she can exchange it after 30 days, then longer should make no difference. Regardless, I could be more understanding of their policy if I had been spoken to like a human being. These associates have no idea what it means to provide customer service. I will never shop there again. There are too many other respecful choices out there. And again, when I've been told that I could exchange it, there's no reason they didn't follow through on that when I went in today.
