Overall great experience. My wife and I just purchased a spa from here and had a great experience. We bought a floor model and it was delivered a few days later. The owner personally delivered the spa and set everything up for us. Could not have gone any easier.

Amazing service. This company put in a pool for my family just recently and I was extremely impressed with the service received.

This company also services my hot tub and each time i visit the store every employee is friendly and polite. All of my questions are always thoroughly and to the best of their ability.

I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

Very poor customer service. Very poor customer service, we have had a brand new nonworking hot tub and

it has been very difficult getting someone out to service the tub. They will commit

to a day to come out and when you call to see why they have not shown up, they remind you how busy they are and will just keep pushing you back to come out. Very little customer service, very argumentative and we regret purchasing this tub from them only one week ago.

Think twice before purchasing a hot tub from this company, we will not buy another one from them.
