Best Place To Get Decorations and discounts. I travel from Waukesha to get decorations for our senior/disabled residence and can always find excellant items at very reasonable prices. The residents appreciate how the items brighten up our place and if we have parties I can get cute prizes at affordable prices. The employees are always friendly and very helpful.

Seriously poor phone service. Called on the phone to make a phone order for pick up from a week from now, the girl on the phone was condescending and pretty rude. They should state on the website you can not make a order on the phone but have to come in, She stated you can not place same day orders?! Isn't this a store? These are balloons NOT cakes. I was really just ticked off at how rude and seriously condescending this kid working for the company was.

The place to go to to save me in this hard economy-variety of items see below. I love this place. They have something for everyone. Especially holiday and event items. I had a sweet 16 Hollywood theme for my daughter and saved tons of money on getting all the decorations and the latex balloons. During the holidays you can get so many decorations for parties like valentines plates and cups, tablecloths, decorations etc. Also you can get gifts for the holiday and also decorations for your home for the holiday. You can get everything you need to have parties. My teen has a party for everything. We recently had our halloween party and got so much stuff there. They also have a small clothes section and they sell household stuff and pet stuff and have a furniture section, mostly kitchen, end tables, stands, futons, some dressers, beds, lamps. Some scrapbooking stuff. They also have decorations and room decor for different styles like country, indian, modern, apples, cottage. They get different stuff all the time so you never know what they have. I have gotten dishes there, pet stuff, toys. It just goes on and on but for sure if you are having a holiday party or a birthday party, wedding, retirement, baby shower, etc. they have decoratons for many themes and name brand themes too. Yard items, snow boards, sleds, coolers, yard decorations. I highly recommend this place.

Merchandise Outlet. What a great place to shop. Has everything and anything you may be looking for ... and maybe things you might not be looking for but are suddenly presently surprised you've found. They have the best value for party supplies ... GET THEIR balloons! Not only do they have a better selection on balloons, but they do the most beautiful arrangements and throw in little extras that other party places DO NOT offer. They, also, have that great "small business" feel. To me, larger chain stores, feel very impersonal. I almost always feel like I'm just another number on a conveyor belt of money. But, Merchandise Outlet makes me feel like they appreciate my business. Their employees are a whoot :) And, unlike MANY other places ... the owners can be seen there on practically a daily basis.

GREAT STORE, GREAT VARIETY AND GREAT PRICES. I love this store, I can find anything here for any occasion. The prices are great and the variety is great. I visit merchandise outlet once a week for all my needs. I also love the balloon counter, great prices and variety to choose from. ONE WORD TO SOME IT ALL UP -- GREAT STORE ---
