Poor Quality. I bought 49 roses, mix of white, yellow and red for my wife's birthday last week and they were all dead within 5 days in our air conditioned house that stays at 72 degrees. Called to complain and they told us that roses don't last long and they were sorry. didn't offer any compensation or a future discount for the $160.00 they cost. Will never buy another thing from this shop I recommend you do the same

Extremely Disappointed. I placed an online order at 8:30 this morning for floral delivery today, which is hours prior to the 11 am deadline for same-day delivery. I was sent an email at 12:30 saying that my order was missed. I was at lunch when this email arrived. When I called at 1:30 I was told the delivery man had already left for the day to deliver to the area where my flowers needed to go and that my flowers would not be delivered. I was shocked. I was not offered any alternative and now it's too late in the day for me to call another flower shop. I have been a loyal customer since 1984. Country Flowers did my wedding. Even though I don't live in Miwaukee anymore, whenever I needed flowers, I still called and used your flower shop. I will never use your flower shop ever again. I cannot tell you how disappointed I am in the way I was treated.
