Westbury Bank - Not Good at All!. Loan Servicing Dept. is not good at all. They do not want to work with you, and do not appreciate the loyalty that customers deserve (especially when they refer many people to their bank). Think again before using Westbury Bank. I used to bank with Continental Savings bank for many years - had a great experience. Since Continental merged with West Bend (k/n/a Westbury Bank), we've had nothing but problems. They're loan servicing people are very rude and never respond to any of my questions. When asked if they could send me a monthly statement, I was told "no". I wouldn't recommend them anymore!!!!! I know several others who feel the same way now! View Less …
