Went to wheel and sprocket once, and never returned for a multitude of reasons.
Not all that cracked up.
Don't go there if you are a "fix it up yourself" person, because they lack any bit of caring. I've been there twice in the past 3 months leaving with nothing, when all I needed was small parts.
But like I said, they can still smile at you when they are telling you to go away.
All they want is for you to buy a new bike, not fix an older one. So if you want to buy a new one- go for it.
