Horrible. My experience at this jewelry store was worse than poor. I got my ring re-sized and when I got it back, one of the diamonds fell out a week later. Mind you, I only wear this ring on special occasions. Wouldn't you think that once they fixed the ring size, they would check the prongs? Guess not.
