Just stopped in today. Asked about fixing a piece of jewelry. Price was very reasonable (I expected it to be more) for a precious piece if they will be able to do it. They made no promises but said they will do what they can. The gentleman helped me find a ring in my price range also.

minding the 'family jewels'. Sam Lampone had established excellent relationships with my family members some years ago, and since his nephew Greg has taken over things have never been better. Greg and his staff are interested in becoming life-long jewelers for their customers. As such, ethical practices come into play in all transactions...they want to see you come back and once you experience this kind of care you'll never think of another jeweler! I recommend Greg for all small purchases, and when it's time to make the big purchases be absolutely sure to give him a chance after you know what it is that you want. You will not be disappointed.

Best jeweler I've ever found!. Even after moving more than 1000 miles away, I'd never consider another jeweler! Great customer service, knowledgable staff, quality product and all at a fair price will keep this family-run shop in business for years to come. For more than 13 years I've shopped the competition, but keep coming back, never finding anyone better.

Horrible. My experience at this jewelry store was worse than poor. I got my ring re-sized and when I got it back, one of the diamonds fell out a week later. Mind you, I only wear this ring on special occasions. Wouldn't you think that once they fixed the ring size, they would check the prongs? Guess not. When I came in to calmly discuss the situation, the owner was defensive from the get go and overwhelmingly rude. Do not go to this store. Not reliable.

Wow! My New Jewelry Store. Lampone Jewelers is my NEW Jeweler! New to the area and just made my second visit to these folks. Great service and honesty. Ring looks like new and the price was very resonable. Durning my visit they answered my questions and spent time explaining what they were going to do for my broken jewelry. Couldn't be happier

Terrible Service. I went there with a legitimate request having read about them on the internet and hearing good things from a coworker who lives in the neighborhood. I was not given the time of day. My first experience will be my last. Please don't waste your time with Lampone Jewelers.

Small Jewler, Great Service, Good Prices. I regularly go to Lampone for buying new jewelry and repairing my old stuff. While they aren't in the greatest location if you are traveling around rush hour, but they don't over charge you for things and actually do what they say they will. They also make custom jewelry which is really nice. I highly recommend this place.

Best Jeweler in Milwaukee area & great service!. I have nothing but good things to say about Lampone. I have been using them as my jeweler for several years now, ever since my dad recommended them. The jewelers are extremely friendly, down to earth, easy to talk to and make you feel so comfortable. It seems as though no project is too small and I have used them in buying my husband's wedding ring to fixing a ring that was handed down by my grandmother . The best thing of all is that their prices are resonable and you leave feeling happy..not as though you are unsure if you just got ripped off. These jewelers are trustworthy, which goes a long way. Lastly, the service you get is unmatched. Each time I come in to have my rings checked (not only rings that I purchased there) they offer to clean all my rings and I pick them up looking brand new.

Real Jewelry Quality. No Hype, just great jewelry honestly and accurately represented. I got the info that made my decision easy. Once I looked at diamonds here and compared to what I had seen I knew I was in the right place.
