Unproffessional

The employees of this place are rude. If your payment isn't there on or before the 1st they make multiple phones calls demanding payment. They even found a cell number to call which was never provided to them. They have what they call a grace period, but the calls start way before that happens. I get paid once a month & have electronic banking. Sometimes the payment isn't possible on the exact date. I have been making payments for 5 years never missing a single one and still get treated poorly.

they are not respectfull nor nice

They have been the worst people i have ever worked with. They were very rude and unpolite to their costumers. 5 days before the grace period they would harrest me with phone calls telling me that this was a urgent care and i should call them as soon as possible. When i told them that the grace period was not even over for them to call me all the time, they would just say that they just want to reminde me of it. First of all I know when i pay my bills. Secon they do not need to call me twice a day for five days to reminde me that I have 5-8 days to pay me car payment. I feel bad that i had the oppurtunity to work with such cheap and low class corporation. I also heard that they are going out of business and maybe they do deserve being unemployed. They have treated their costumers (including me) in a very rude way. This is why i would never ever work with them in the future.

NOT FRIENDLY OR WILLING TO HELP!!

I have been divorced for over a year now... My wife won the car in our divorce. She has been late a few times... when they call me i give them all the info i can on her.. Parents numbers and street addresses i had. But now they keep calling me at work harrassing me! I can't take my wife to court because i have no proof they are harrassing me! All i ask them is that they send me a letter stating that they have contacted me about this loan so that way i can take legal action against her! Then they take my address and then start insulting my character telling me that i have defaulted on a loan and that they wish that they could tell me what they really think of me and talking down to me! It makes me mad that they can insult me the way they do and not have a care in the world! One of the people that works there her name is Tracey thought she was so smart she told me her uncle is the manager i started telling her what i needed her to do for me about the letter and she said i'll tell you what YOU need to do is pay your loan and hung up on me! I called back right away she made me really upset at this point she hung up on me a few times.. before i got her to listen. She told me "i'm sorry you had a bad divorce but that gives you know right to talk to me like you talk to your wife!" Now that really pi$$ed me off!! I told her i want to speek to her manager he has yet to call.... and i stilldon't have the letter i requested! The last person to call was really a A$$ i asked to speak to a manager he said he was the manager.. i told him what i needed i and that i have given all the info to them that i have and they can't keep calling me at work. He said that they have never called me. I told him that they have all put it in the comp. So i put him on speaker phone after he still had an attitude... i had 5 people here listening to how he was talking to me! They couldn't believe it! My boss got on the phone with him after that and told him to stop calling me at work
