So unhappy!! Wanted a cut and color - ash color to be exact. 3.5 hours later it was copper with gold on top. Go back the next day to at least match the top to the bottom. She colored it the ash color and has a green hint to it!! And that took two hours. In the end they ended up charging me a fortune and I left unhappy and they were well aware. The owner would say it was nice to get me out of there although other stylists were not liking it. I have heard the horror stories but I guess I had to experience it for myself. These people are CLUELESS!!!!!!!!!

Awesome salon and outstanding cut and color with Erica!! Thank you Erica for such great service and color. LOVE IT! Well worth the drive to find a salon and stylist that actually get it right!! Thanks again for the offer as well on Milwaukee Perks!!! Great Deal!!

I loved my color that I got today.. I loved my color that I got today. That's the reason for 2 stars. However, my wait time after having the color applied, to the time I finally got back into the chair for the cut and style was way, way too long!! My appt. was for 2:00. I got into the chair right away. After my color was applied, I was taken to another room and waited an hour before a different stylist came over to me and said that she was going to shampoo my hair. She gave me a great shampoo, but again, I had to wait too long! I sat in the shampoo chair for 35 minutes. When I finally got into the chair, the stylist had to wet my hair because it was drying!! With the stylist rapidly drying and styling my hair (I had to be somewhere at 4:30.), my entire appt. last 2 hours and 45 minutes!!!!!

(My hair is short, just under my ears.) I will never go back!!!

Definitely "The Color Authority". Steve has done my hair many times and every time I have just loved it!! I get compliments everywhere I go and people are always asking me who does my hair. Just when I think I need to change the style someone compliments it........makes me want to stick with the same cut or color, but if Steve suggests something different then I definitely go with it because he has never let me down! As for the review written by anonymous1intown--he is obviously a disgruntled previous employee who thinks he can write a review and have a negative impact. However those of us smart enough to see through that weak review know better!! Give this salon a try and you won't be disappointed!!

Best Salon Ever. Steve has been doing my hair for years and I continually get compliments everwhere I go. He and the entire staff are professional, up to date on the latest in color and style and products and always make you feel comfortable and welcome. No other salon was ever able to achieve all of that. They really get to know you and it is evident that they enjoy creating and offering a full compliment of services for their customers.

I Love This Place!!!!!!. Get lots of compliments on my hair color and cut and have recommended the salon to many people! I've never stayed with any stylist as long --- so far about 3 years. Very comfortable atmosphere. Surroundings are clean and pleasant. A great place!!!

Awesome Salon!!!. I have been going to Steve for years and Steven Edwards Color Group since the salon opened. I'd never consider going anywhere else. My cuts, color and styles are always great . I get compliments on my hair everywhere I go!

Everyone who works there is extremely friendly and helpful. I'd recommend this salon to anyone!

NOT WORTH THE MONEY & TIME !!!!. so i got a coupon for a great discount at this salon. I thought I would try a new salon this time since I always go to one particular one. However, after this experience I shouldn't have. I walked inside the salon, checked in- they offered me something to drink. I thought was very nice. HOwever, the salon looks old. There's no lighting. How are you suppose to be able to look at ur hair color/cut after its done if there are no bright lights??..The stylist that I chose was very unhelpful. I wanted highlights but wanted suggestion, she said gave a few here and there, but was NOT PATIENT. After everything was done, she dried my hair, straighten it. The stylist didn't even take her time. She hurried so she could get the next person in. I was very UPSET. My hair looked like i just woke up. Not even straight. THey charged me $25- when it took her the most 5 minutes. NOT WORTH IT!! I had to go home and re-do it myself. It came time to check out- I didn't receive my discount. I called back, the receptionist said she would have a manager call me back after an hour. NO call. I called back after 3 hours. She said the same thing. Didn't get call until later that evening. She left a voice message..You can use that coupon the next time you come. I'M NOT COMING BACK!..OVER all..this place is not worth ur MONEY. too expensive ..not worth it...WHAT I'VE LEARNED FROM THIS EXPERIENCE.."STICK TO WHAT YOU KNOW IS BEST"...
