Total Scam!
by Geno B at Citysearch
I was charged almost $800 for an undersized, USED water pump. To buy the correct pump at Home Depot would cost $100-something. So, I guess I paid $700/hr for labor. One month later, the pump failed. That is when I discovered it was old, corroded, and undersized. Six months later, IHN Plumbing refuses to come back out and look at the problem. After many, many calls, IHN always gives the same answer, "I'll send somebody out tomorrow." I am still waiting...
(Note: this is for a business, not a residence.)
Hey, it is bad enough that they did not do the job right the first time. But what is worse is that IHN will not even come back to look at their mess. And worst of all is the fact that they keep lying about their intentions to fix it.
- Pros: They fixed the problem long enough to cash the check.
- Cons: Yes! See comments.
