Worst on-line experience ever.
Worst on-line ordering experience ever. Company was to quote shipping prior to sending items. Received items by UPS. Cascio had valued $40 worth of drumsticks at $160!!. I was charged taxes and a brokerage fee totalling $32.76 on a $40 item.
When I called Cascio they said it must be UPS fault. On contacting UPS I was emailed the form that Cascio filled out with the incorrect information.
I realize that the Canadian market is a small portion of their sales, but it will be zero per cent of their sales if they keep treating customers like this.
4 pair of drumsticks at $9.99 = $72.68 !!!!
