HORRIBLE experiences AGAIN AND AGAIN. The people working at this store are so completely rude/uncaring/awful and liars. We purchased almost 2000 dollars in appliances and received a 600 dollar cash back for other merchandise. FIRST OF ALL, this deal was a complete rip off. There are 2 prices to every item. The higher price, and the cheaper/floor price. You pay the higher prices on the items to get the cash back and then you can only use it on the higher prices of the items. In the end, you might as well pay the cheaper price on all the items and you will most likely save money.

When we returned to use our cash back we had earned, just to get rid of it on anything, we were ignored. When we approached a salesperson, everything we asked about was "out of stock". We left and returned to try and use our 600 dollar certificate about 3 or 4 times. EACH TIME we were ignored and had to seek out the staff, everything we asked about was sold out, and when we finally just had them order us a tv they were rude.

We were told they would call us when it arrived and that it should arrive within 1 or 2 days. We got a call a week later to come get it. When I drove all the way there we were told it wasnt there. I asked for the manager and explained the situation and had a voicemail to prove we were told it was there. The manager insisted it was a mistake and that the call was for us to SET UP a pick up date. WE ALREADY HAD!!!

So we set up a date and went to pick it up and they ignored us once more when we entered and took their time getting our tv for us. Seriously an awful experience. I would NEVER shop here. Avoid this store at all costs if you can. Trust me.
