Customer Loyalty. I'm always impressed when I go to a tanning appointment and Greg, Kathy and their staff always address me by my first name! They seem to know each and every one of the clients. Their salon is clean and very comfortable. They keep up on the most up-to-date beds while keeping some of the older models. I've referred friends and family to Ultra Tan--I've been a customer of theirs for over 8 years! I enjoy talking with them and I will continue to be a loyal customer to Greg & Kathy.
