Great Customer Service and parts on hand!. I had looked online and called everywhere in the West Allis area, but couldn't find the part I needed for less than $45 and the soonest I could get it was next day. Then I broadened my search area and found these guys in Waukesha. They were knowledgeable and had my oven baking filament IN STOCK and for almost half the price. I picked it up that morning and will have my oven back to working order in less than 24 hours after it fritzed out!

Highly recommended, and I will use them again!
