Tips for Chocolate Factory Subs & Ice

Ice Cream. Came for Ice Cream. Got a cone and a sundae, and it was over 9 dollars. I know it's metropolitan Milwaukee, but this seems a little much to pay for ice cream. Just average ice cream. They're so stingy they weigh the ice cream instead of serving by the scoop!
