a great experience. Car buying is never a pleasant experience. At least that’s what I used to think before I had the privilege of meeting with Mike Balsewicz. I initially went into the dealership with the same anxiety as one would feel when visiting the dentist for a series of root canals, but Mike’s warm personality and attention to detail changed my perspective completely. Mike was very courteous and informative and I did not feel pressured at all. In fact, I did not buy a vehicle on that first visit. When I returned, Mike spotted me in the lobby and met me with a smile and a handshake. After this visit, I left with a great sense of satisfaction in my first new car. I’ve told friends and clients about my experience and tell them to save themselves a great deal of headache and ‘just say Mike’.

Grateful customer. I shopped online until I found a car I wanted and it was at Wilde Chrysler jeep dodge in waukesha, I went in and dealt wth Mike Balsewicz. From the very beginning i was pleased with the customer service i received from the entire staff . Thanks to everyone there in making this a most pleasant experience

solid service,friendly salesman. After my recent visit to Wilde Dodge I left as a very satisfied customer and I highly recommend their dealership. Mike Balsewicz was friendly and forthright with the negotiating aspect of my purchase,also the selection was really quite large when it came to minivans and suv's.I hope the service department will live up to the sales department's quality,as I will be bringing my vehicle in for it's service work also.

Wilde Dodge SUX. As for someone that use to work for this company, I HIGHLY recommend not to shop here. They hire criminals such as the salesman that had a history of robberies and ended up robbing the PDQ down hwy 164 from them, the customer service rep. that was charged with insurance fraud for reporting his car stolen and stipping it down and selling it for parts. Besides that the young, immature service manager doesn't know how to run a proper service department. Another thing to ask yourself is why aren't they a 5 star dealer anymore? Because every aspect of this dealership is unorganized and only cares about making a dolor off of you.
