Rude. I have never been treated so rudely in my life. I called to get some things, and they never arrived. (I was ordering music from a publisher through them). I called and talked to Chuck who told me after the fact that the publisher wouldn't send the items. I had ordered from the publisher before, so I had a hard time believing this. I called the publisher and it turned out that "Chuck" or White House never paid their bills, and they were on hold with the publisher! When I called back to ask about my order again, Chuck told me, rather rudely, that I should mind my own business! Don't order from here...you may never get your things!
