I will be back and hungry.. OK folks, looking for a Prime Rib on Saturday night that is tender enough for a butter knife and is served with an au jus flavored perfectly Welcome to Eric's. Our starter of two crab cakes were soft and loaded with crab, every bite delicious. The dinner of prime rib was some of the best I've had. My wife, a non steak eater still ordered a small fillet well done (I'm so embarrassed, if it's not bleeding it's overcooked) and she even enjoyed it. Some reports here of Eric's not respecting coupons, I had a $25.00 off coupon and it was honored without question. Service was fair, not rude. Nice dinner. If your on the edge give it a chance. I will be back and hungry.

nothing wrong. I found nothing wrong with the service or dessert. Yes, we liked the strawberry shortcake which was moist, fresh and heaped with lots of whipped cream.

big fan. While I was a big fan of the old Eric's on Breezy Point, I liked the new restaurant even better for one big reason - steak. On one of two visits to the Porter-Haus, my dining companion ordered an eight-ounce filet mignon that arrived with a delicious dark crust. It was as tender and flavorful as any I have eaten anywhere.

Very good.. Eric's is an old school restaurant. Good food, adequate but not outstanding service. The decor is vintage 1980s and plain. I don't believe they accept credit cards. We like the Friday fish fry, your choice of baked or fried cod, all you care to eat. Very good.

Everything was excellent. Everything was excellent...drinks, entrees, dessert, and even the coffee exceeded our expectations. To be able to get gourmet meals at "stimulus" prices is wonderful on a budget. Thanks Eric!
