My husband and I have been seeing Dr Wade and Dr Kelly for several years. The office is not the most beautiful I have ever been in, but any time I have ever had a dental emergency (which unfortunately for me seems to be several times a year lately) they have managed to fit me in the same day for at least a temporary fix.

Very poor. I'd rate 0 stars if I could. Several issues here. It was hard to schedule an appointment because they had very few afternoon/evening appointment times. In order to arrange childcare, I had to meet my husband at the office and was disappointed to find that office was on 2nd floor w/ no apparent elevator access for stroller. After juggling child, stroller and diaper bag upstairs I was told I didn't have an appointment. Classic. I will not attempt to reschedule here, rather will go to my former dentist.

not a person. poor attitude. no explanation of what is being done. didn't even appeared to have looked at chart.
