A great dive to hang out in..
I use to go to Webbs when to food was good and the service was even better. It was 24/7 back then in the late 70's. Now the food is so-so at best and the old timer staff as all moved on. The Chili is still bearable, as for the hambergers it is more like a very thin layer of meat paste now.
If you enjoy just hanging out with nothing better to do or if you want to get out of the rain or just reminisce of the old days and how much the town has changed, then stop in and grab a cup of chili, just as long as it is before 10PM.
