I bought a Vulcan Nomad from Road Track
and Trail and second gear was blown out right from the get go. When I tried to deal with them on it they completely blew me off and told me there was nothing they could do. They would not even take it back on a trade. Can you believe they would not even take their own bike back at any amount? I went over to All Pro and they gave me a generous trade in amount and I bought a different bike. Their bikes are so much cleaner and nicer than anything else around. They were very professional, unlike the other clowns. I have sent several freinds there and they all have great things to say. The first thing I see is that they are professional and adult, not a bunch of guys who probably just got done working in fast food. Great people, thanks for helping me All Pro.

I bought a bike from here and traded my
bike in. They seemed friendly and knowledgable at first. It wasn't until after the sale that everything went wrong. The bike I bought seems to run ok. It does miss periodically like it needs a tune up. The mirror fell off. They told me one number about the trade in and lied later. They screwed up everything you could think of. I would never buy another bike here again. I've had way better experience with Road Track and Trail down the street.

I have no clue what they did, went in
for a basic oil change and maintance, brought it home and now my Yamaha Grizzley has a gas leak. My whole house was filled with the smell of gas. Called them and talked to Mike, we got into a heated arguement and he hung up. I will never ever do business with them again. They do not stand behind their work.

Hands Down Best Dealership in Waukesha or Milwaukee!.
I have gone to several dealerships in the Milwaukee/Waukesha area for years and been blown away with how bad the service was. Last year I went to one of the dealers "up the road" from All Pro for service on my Honda Pacific Coast. It was not charging the battery. They told me it needed a regulator/rectifier and it would cost me $650 parts and labor. That seemed really high to me so I called All Pro based upon a friends recommendation. They quoted me $170! I could not believe it. I looked at the quote from the other dealer and they were charging me 3 hours labor for what All Pro said was a 30 minute job. They also were charging me 50% more for the part than All Pro. I took the bike over to All Pro and they repaired the bike for exactly what they quoted. I have been back a couple times since then for other work, they are top notch.

Stay away at all costs..
After replacing the clutch on my Honda, the bike was re-assembled incorrectly and a bolt fell out, puncturing the crank case cover. Mike, the owner, absolutely refused to even consider that they were at fault. All I was asking was for the minimum cost of replacing the damaged cover and the gasket (less than $100). This mistake could have caused the engine to seize causing a catastrophic failure, but I was willing to simply replace the parts and put the bike back together. These guys are developing a reputation, locally, of shoddy work and unscrupulous, potentially fraudulent sales techniques.
There are 2 excellent bike dealers minutes away in both directions down Hwy. 164, do yourself a favor and head to one of those.
