I used to love Signature.... I used to love Signature, but it has changed and not for the better. I saw a stylist there every 6-8 weeks for about 5yrs. For either a cut and color or highlights, and updo's and I was always happy when I left and always got compliments on my hair. Unfortuantely my stylist moved on. I tried going to Signature once since then and was very disappointed in my service. Instead of asking me or offering suggestions the stylist looked up in the computer the last hair color my old stylist had used on me and did that same color. At this point I hadn't used that color in over a year and it was the middle of summer and the color in the computer was something I used to do in the fall/winter. She was intimidated by my long hair and would only trim the teeniest amount off. I felt like I was in Great Clips where they give everyone the same basic cut. I was really sad when I left :( My hair looked ok, but I was used to getting much better service.

I also have gone there for full bikini waxes. I hate to say it since it's already hard to get an appointment with her, but ONLY see MANDY! I have seen her for every wax I've gotten there (30+) except for once and now I'm not sure I will ever go back. The last time I saw a new girl and I was almost in tears. I had gotten over 30 waxes prior to this one so it's not that I'm a baby. The wax wouldn't harden, the room was super warm, and she seemed like she was in a hurry. Finally I told her to skip the "full" part of the full bikini and just make it suitable for me to be in a swim suit. I was in there for an hour and didn't even get the full service. She said because of the problems with the wax she would only charge me $25. So, if I do ever go back for a wax I will only see Mandy.

I have also had facials, massages, manicures, and pedicures at Signature. I have been happy with these services and would recommend them.

Lastly, if you call and try to schedule an appointment with Chris (the guy that answers the phones), call when you are in a good mood. He is pretty rude both on the phone and in person. You'd think they would want some one friendly and personable to be the one greeting their customers?! Sarah the other receptionist is very nice so I will actually hang up if Chris answers and call back later and hope to get Sarah. If I'm spending that kind of money somewhere I'd at least like to be talked to nicely, but maybe that's just me.

Signature Rocks. Signature is by far the best Salon & Spa around.. I would drive 2 hours to get my hair cut there if I had to..

I have been getting my hair cut and colored there every 6 weeks for approximately 10 years and there has never been one time that I walked out of their door feeling less than fabulous..

If you want to walk around feeling confident that your hair is the best it could possibly be call this second and make an appointment.. People compliment my hair on a daily basis..

All of the stylists are friendly and know what they are doing.. Although I am loyal to my stylist :) As for the front desk they always check me in promptly and ask me if I would like something to drink.. (many instances I have been offered a drink by multiple people if they don't hear me decline the first offer)..

Overall I love Signature Salon and Spa and the owner Rosie is WONDERFUL.. I see no reason why someone wouldn't love it..

Go to Signature if you want to be known for your Signature Style.

Signature always delivers great service. I've been a client of Signature Salon for 5 years (hair, nails and massage), and love them. Always professional and friendly. Very clean facility and relaxing.

terrible experience. I went to this salon for a hair cut and color

the highlights were not the color I chose the hair cut

was not the way I wanted it . and I paid over 250.

I do not recommend this place at all !

Downhill. I LOVED this salon....at first. I drove quite a long way just for this salon. I had been a loyal customer for about 2 years. I had my hair cut and dyed one of my last visits and was very unhappy. It was much shorter than we talked about and the colors were very dull and uneven. I paid nearly $200. The very last experience I had, I was waiting TWENTY MINUTES after I checked in and not one person said a word to me regarding the wait. I walked out and never looked back. (Go to Carenza you won't regret it).

Amazing experience for my wedding weekend!!!. I had reserved all of my wedding appointments at Signature for the day before my wedding and the day of. I had a party of 10 with me and we had the best experience! The staff was attentive as well as very talented. All of my bridesmaids felt relaxed and revitalized on Friday when we had manicures and pedicures before the rehearsal and then on Saturday morning we were back in for hair and makeup. I have to say....my entire wedding party looked stunning! Everything ran so smooth and I had a carefree morning that turned into a perfect day. Thank you for adding to my magical weekend, my experience was one to remember. We will be back and will refer all of my friends that are getting married!

I have had better massages elsewhere--but my wife loved it. I came here for a massage as I work in construction. Very welcoming atmosphere but I felt out of place . The massage I received was relaxing but my requests to have more attention to problematic areas did not change the massage technique or style. Just an average relaxation massage that did not really help my aching muscles. My wife feels the massage she received was wonderful but I have to disagree. Also the price seems high for the services rendered

Hard to Believe. I have been to some salons on the west coast - that couldn't possibly compare to the treatment and price that you get here. It's wonderful and the options they have as a spa are tremendous. i have had 2 different people do my hair and each one of them did a fabulous job!

Treated my wife like a Queen!!. I would have to rate them a 20 out of 10, I booked my wifethe day there for her birthday and they went way above and beyond to treat her like a Queen. She looked great when she went in but she looked like a runway model when she came out! They pamperd and primped her like she was royalty!! a real A+ place.
