Excellent Hotel. Great staff especially like the little girl on third shift, she's a cutie and set us up with a great limo service, Badger State limousine who in turn set us up at Martini's for a great dinner. I love Milwaukee it's people are very professional and friendly.
Great hotel BUT... It's a great hotel but if any of you are looking to save some $$ then book it at goo.gl/FPxYD They have some of the best hotel deals on the web!
Best Breakfast in the CITY!!!!!. All I can is WOW!!! The food was awesome I was sold on the special corn flake french toast with this fresh berry compote, I had to have 2 orders it was so good. The service was fast, super friendly and very effcient. The waitress mentioned a new menu is coming out in another week with lots of exciting new items. I have found the only place my family and I will be coming. I forgot to mention the restuarant in very family friendly but also has some private areas if you want some quiet atmosphere.
The Only Place to Stay in Milwaukee. I stayed here during Summerfest, and I was thrilled by the magnificence of this treasured landmark. The rooms were gorgeous, and impeccably clean. They had a very modern feel for such and old and classic building. My favorite part, by far, was the lobby bar. The cocktails were delicious, and the people watching was superb. If you don't stay at the Pfister, you should at least drop by the lobby bar for the cocktails and ambiance. It's not cheap, but it's also not what you'd be expecting from a Milwaukee hotel.
great brunch. I love to come to the cafe at the pfister for brunch on the weekend. They have bacon stuffed waffles, and fresh pineapple macadamia pancakes. they use the freshest ingredients and squeeze there own juice. service is always prompt. It is so beautiful in there i sometimes feel under dressed, but hey its the weekend.
Beautiful. The service was impeccable. This hotel is amazing. The lobby to the gold elevator to the bar on the top floor, overlooking the city, I could not have asked for a better stay. And to think I just went to Milwaukee for a baseball game. The pfister hotel has given me a reason to come back again and again.
Opened as "a palace for the people," this hotel carries on its noble tradition..
The Scene
This historic building is a reminder of an extravagant era when Midwest industrialists made their great fortunes and dominated America's economic and cultural landscape. Built in 1893, its beautiful exterior is matched only by the grandeur of its interior.
The Details
The public areas act as galleries for the world's largest collection of priceless Victorian artworks on permanent display in a hotel. The 307 guest rooms and suites are beautiful and equipped with all the standard amenities. Suites have sitting rooms and sweeping views of the city and Lake Michigan. It also boasts a hip bar serving martinis, Blu, on the 23rd floor. A fitness room, on the same floor, is well-equipped and has a pool. The Pfister. Elegant. The ceiling in the lobby is old world elegance. The lobby bar is a wonderful place to sit and enjoy the elegant ambience.
