Best Beer In Town. Great, continuously changing beers. Fun and driendly staff. A must for patio drinking during the summer. Great smokers patio: closed in for the winter, with overhead cover, and chairs and tables. Back room perfect for a private party :)

DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BAR. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BAR. On my 23 birthday party they served one of my friends beer in a plastic cup because he asked for the "cheapest beer on tap." Fifteen people witnessed him purchasing the beer from the bartender. Later, another bartender confiscated the beer while the other bartender claimed not to do so. They did not do this politely, however, they just took it from his hands.

When we took issue with it and tried to ask why they would just take his beer that we ALL saw him purchase, they asked us to "close our tabs," which we did, but we were not treated like human beings in the process... For $10.00 a beer, we deserved to be treated better than this, again, DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BAR.

unappreciative service. The selection of beer, especially imports, was excellent. Unfortunately the service was unappreciative and at times the bartenders seemed annoyed at my questions. I have been there many times, since it is in my neighborhood, and I have come to the conclusion that there are other great bars that have just as good of a selection, but with better service and appreciation.

Mellow. Amazing selection of beer! Nice, dark atmosphere. They always have pretzels or popcorn on hand. Bathrooms are a bit small...but the variety of beer makes up for it all.

Top 5 bars in Milwaukee. Von Trier's is a classic. Great meeting place. Great Selection of drinks. Great service. Free popcorn. Great decor.

Outdoor courtyard a perfect spot. I cant think of a better pub in Milwaukee to enjoy nice weather than at Von Trier's outdoor courtyard. Inside, the decor is dark and cozy. Overall, it's a great date spot that serves fantastic beer. If youve never experienced Milwaukees beloved Sprecher beer, heres your opportunity
