I have to say that of all the bars on Water St., Gilly's is the only one where anyone can feel comfortable.. dressed up or dressed down. Their buffalo wings recipe is IMHO the absolute best in Milwaukee. It can get very busy there so get there early if you want to get in. When busy, you must be patient, the staff will get to you eventually.
Pros: Great Wings, Patio, 3 floors
Cons: Busy on weekends
