Overpriced by $25K per year. Thorning Gorman was charging our small business $46,000 per year for commercial auto, business insurance, and workmans comp. They also told us we were not eligible for an umbrella policy liability.

We brought in another insurance company and found that our auto insurance, with LOWER deductibles, was much less expensive. AND our workers comp had all of our workers in the same category, the HIGHEST. And surprise, surprise, we now have the umbrella policy liability coverage.

Thorning Gorman knew we were shopping for new insurance for 2 months, and made absolutely NO effort to find out why we were disatisfied with their services.

This is called hubris by many, and hubris leads to failure.

DO NOT USE Thorning and Gorman if you want competitive insurance rates and customer service.
