DO NOT RENT a property they manage. Nothing gets fixed, no one seems to know what's going on, complaints do not get responded to. Our place seemed nice when we saw it but who knew that the water would turn on and off and that the heat bangs incessantly all winter. We have repairs needed that haven't been addressed the entire time we've lived here. And yet the rent is raised every year and they expect you to have a 24 open house when you move out. They might be great for condos but my suspicion is that they are too busy with those properties to manage their rental units effectively. Don't waste your money to support service like this.

Very happy. Prospect manages the condo that I live in in downtown Milwaukee. Our manager is wonderful - very knowledgable and is always willing to help. I never have any problems with Prospect getting back to me. I would highly recommend them!

Professional and ethical. The condominium management branch of their business is a breath of fresh air. Courteous, ethical and professional.

They take away the stress and often un-pleasant aspect of living in a community with resident-run homeowner's associations.

They replace the above with years of experience, understanding and attention to detail.
