Definitely the place to be on gameday. If you want to watch multiple games at one time this is a very good place for it. They have about 15 to 20 TVs and a couple of nice big screens. Since removing the H-D motorcycle in the middle of the bar the majority of the TVs are visible from most seats. Staff is friendly and helpful. Decent grub at reasonable downtown prices, hey it a sports bar.

Twenty-eight years in the business district and still the place to enjoy beer, burgers and sports.. The Scene
A 450-person capacity and a reputation as Milwaukee's original sports bar make this one of the premier watering holes in the business district. More than 18 televisions are set to any and all sports events and a 150-inch projection screen showcases those really big games. A dance floor is available for the rare occasion a live band or a DJ plays for private parties.

The Draw
Before, during and after all home games, hungry sports fans devour tons of pub grub--especially the Major's famous buffalo wings. The menu also contains hearty burgers and sandwiches. Wash it all down with one of nearly a dozen beers on tap or a bottled domestic, import or microbrew selection. If your sweet tooth is pestering you, one of the ice cream desserts will settle that.

A place to watch the game. Upon my arrival here in Milwaukee 2 and a half years ago I searched for "my pub." I tried many and found "my pub" at Major Goolsby's. A place to bring friends from outta' town, bring the wife to talk and relax or even bring the kids for lunch and a little fun. But for me the most important aspect of Goolsby's is it is a place to watch the game. The best place in town to watch ANY game. If Goolsby's can't find it then NO ONE can find it.

Da Majors. Excellent buffalo wings and Long Islands. Kinda dirty on the inside.
