Best Jewelry Store in Milwaukee! We bought an engagement ring from Powers and loved every bit of the experience. From the time Dick and his staff took to show me Powers HUGE inventory of Engagement Rings, to showing me my Diamond under the scope, to the great deal he gave me, and finally to the look on my now wife's face....everything went perfect. People still rave about her ring, and I tell them exactly where to go: Powers Jewelry Designers in Milwaukee. Thanks guys!

Awesome...Service & Products!. I've had the fortunate opportunity to buy some excellent jewelry from Dick Powers! His expertise and his desire to beat the competition is fantastic! I had purchased a diamond ring from him in 2004...was very satisfied. In 2011 I purchased a diamond ring from a mall jeweler and felt uneasy...so I remembered Dick and went to talk to him...he showed me the error of my ways! I took the other ring back and he put me unto a much nicer diamond and a setting we're having him make for us...his service is outstanding.

I have done business with them for eighteen years. I have done business with Dick Powers for eighteen years and my husband's and my parents have been with them for much longer, we would recommend them to our friends. Someone stating otherwise may just be a competitor.

Wonderful Diamonds, Outstanding Service & Family Owned. When I shop there I know that this is the best place to get exactly what I want. They hear what I'm asking for. They do not try to sell me something that they just want to get rid of like some mall jewerly stores that I've been to. They take pride in servicing their customers because this is a family owned store and the name Powers means just that...honesty, customer service, quality, and a huge selection of the best certified diamonds available! They stand behind every sale. Their sales people turnover is not like the chain store operations. At these places you never know who you will get if you have a problem or question. I've sent many of my friends there and they have thanked me for that. One friend got top dollar when she traded her gold, others have had one of a kind pieces designed by their wonderful in store designer Vicky. Powers Jewelers has also done on the spot repairs by Susie and sizing while I waited!!! Talk about quality and craftmanship. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Powers Jewelry store on Wisconsin Avenue to anyone!!!

Milwaukee's Best Jewelry Store. The best jewelry store in Milwaukee! I have been doing business with Powers Jewelry For a few years now and have always found them to be knowledgeable and friendly and above all reasonable. The owner Richard is a great guy who always makes time to answer questions or handle concerns. This is NOT some big godless corporate enterprise, It is a family owned and operated business that values it's customers, and it shows. Powers is the only place in town I will ever go to get jewelry for my wife. After my son was born I had them make a custom one of a kind charm for her charm bracelet and they really went above and beyond the call of duty to get it perfect. Do yourself a favor and check them out, it's worth the trip. Also don't be afraid to do a little old school haggling, its almost encouraged.

Buyer beware. This is the kind of retail establishment you want to avoid at all costs.Forgetting that their clientle is and always has been lower -middle to middle class, pricing on their "mass-market" low-end "quasi -jewlery

and services are at odds with they ultimately they deliver..

Smarmy,condesending sales clerks,with more attitude that knowledge, polish or finesse,bristle when addressed as salespeople, instead telling you that they are jeweler craftsmen (how utterly pretentious!)

i suggest that you DO NOT purchase or agree to have any work done with getting it in writing(preferably by the owner)

It was truly sad and at the same time humerous to see a "self professed expert "(Wade) embarass himself when asked about fine timepieces-a subject he knew absolutely nothing about,.Perhaps the owner does not know or does not care.

In short,this jeweler is a cliche who desperately wants to play in the big leagues,but unfortunately lacks the merchandise, skills and above all, the professionalism to compter with the big boys in town.
