Since I bought my first house a year ago, I've purchased furniture from a few different places in the Milwaukee area and I must say - this one is blowing the other ones out of the water.

The moment you step in the door, someone is there to help. The guy we worked with was both helpful and not overbearing. He didn't try to upsell us and was very focused on finding exactly what we needed. Their furniture is clearly higher quality than other large furniture stores in the area and I was quite impressed with the selection and prices.

We ended up buying a bedroom set and were quoted 6-8 weeks. Two weeks later someone called me to set up an appointment for delivery and we were able to schedule it just a few days later.

The delivery guys just left and they were incredibly quick and professional. They set up the entire bedroom set exactly how I wanted it and were here for maybe 15 minutes.

I'll definitely be returning.

Great service and prices at this store! We live on the other side of town, but made the drive there to research Amish made beds. Maureen was extremely knowledgable and did not steer us wrong! Our bed arrived when she said it would and it is gorgeous (and way less expensive than the other places we researched). The delivery people were kind and professional, and when we realized that there was no wood pieces for the platform, they made a phone call and the wood was delivered 45 minutes later (and this was at night!) I would highly recommend this company!

This was my first time buying furniture for myself; I had done my research and also had terrible experiences with Steinhafels and American--typical hovering, price gauging, insulting my age/seriousness of buying. My friend and parents suggested Bilt Rite, I cautiously gave them a try.

WOW! I had a simply MARVELOUS experience from the minute I entered the door, to selecting pieces and fabrics that go together and compliment my style choices, to delivery. We had one communication error during the process; however, it was handled professionally and efficiently--they made me feel like I made the right choice and that I was a valuable customer to them.

Randi and Bill were patient, helpful, and knowledgeable about my questions and explaining how the furniture is made, did I mention they were patient? They did not hover and let me look around the store (several times) and when I was ready to discuss something, they were with me immediately.

The pricing was the best I've seen (including online) along with their holiday specials throughout the year, I don't think you can get a better buy for real, quality furniture.

The delivery was seamless, the gentlemen were polite, clean, and respectful of my space and even taking care to make sure my cat wasn't in the way or getting out! The best part was: they even called to see if they could come early!

Finally...the end product...I LOVE my new furniture. It's comfortable, stylish, and seems durable and will last me a long time. I will, with no question, purchase all of my future furniture from Bilt Rite. I couldn't be happier with my chocies and the service I received. Thanks Randi, Bill, and the Bilt Rite family!

Bilt-Rite Furniture is a great place to shop for furniture. The staff are friendly and knowledgable about their products. We recently decided to redo our living room and we immediately thought of Bilt-Rite because we had had a positive experience with them in the past. We we not disappointed this time either. Rand K. helped us select great pieces that were in keeping with our goals for style and comfort, in colors and patterns that worked great with the architectural features of our living room and draperies. They also provided us with very helpful ideas for selecting colors for our walls and even recommended a painter, which we used. Deliveries were on time and the delivery crew was friendly, competent and careful in moving the pieces into our home and doing minor assembly work. We highly recommend Bilt-Rite as a very customer friendly furniture store with great, skillful staff who tend to every detail and make the process of buying furniture an enjoyable adventure.

MATTRESS HEAVEN - We had pretty much decided on the matress set we were going to buy when we thought we'd make one last stop and boy am I glad we did. Bilt-Rite is truly Mattress Heaven, wow what a selection and at very reasonable prices. We got twice the mattress, firmer and way better construction for alot less than we originally budgeted for. After three weeks of sleeping on our new bed we are very, very pleased. Their staff is very knowledgeable and so comfortable to work with - no hesitation to recommend and to make another purchase.

Bilt Rite is simply the best place in MKE for home furniture. I've shopped there, my parents did, even my grand-parents shopped there.

They treat customers with respect and patience. No hard selling or up selling here. They want you to come back!

We recently bought a kitchen set with my elderly father-in-law. Rick was knowledgeable and patient and simply wonderful with him. Explained and answered all questions.

Because Bilt Rite has been in the community for so long, they know that they're going to see their customers at the grocery store, at events and run into them around town...so they treat them like the neighbors we all are. We are definitely a customer for more than a 'life-time; we're customers for generations of life-times!

Another wonderful experience at Biltrite. We are redoing our kitchen and my husband thought we needed to add a wooden garabage can to our decor. We even got to meet a new family member of the BiltRite family named Noah. He was shadowing Randi and it was a pleasure to see that Bilt Rite is true to keeping their store here with another fourth generation person to help them to continue to grow. My husband and I always like dealing with Bilt Rite as the make the customer feel important and they have good quality furinture and the staff is always so friendly and helpful.

I purchased a kitchen set and it was delivered on December 27th (in the evening). The following morning, when the sun was shining, there were some blemishes on the table that I hadn't noticed when it was delivered. I called the morning of December 28th to report this to the store. I have called multiple times, it is now February 28th, and I have yet to get someone out to the house to take care of the issue.

My daughter and I went furniture shopping for our living room and went to all of the major stores. Bilt-Rite was by far the best. Our salesperson, Nancy, was so kind and knew all about the furniture. She even took the time to answer all of my daughter's questions, which were not all about furniture. She took time with us to show us the different styles and was not even attempting to "force a sale" on us. When we moved over to the credit/delivery area to finalize the sale, the person behind the desk was just as nice. We left that day knowing we had made a great purchase, saved money and got very good quality furniture. The delivery people were just as nice and polite. Very professional. Thanks Bilt-Rite, you are our first stop from now on.

In my opinion , this is the best furniture store in Milwaukee. The customer service is excellent!! The staff is freindly and helpful, with no high-pressure sales tricks. Great value, and great service! Thanks for all of your help Gail!!
