Greatest Place Ever. Arteaga's is the best place to go if you want authentic Mexican food. Everyone that works there is really nice. My absolute favorite restaurant ever!! I could eat here daily! I recommend their enchiladas and tortas.

A local secret..... Arteaga's has been a local secret for some years. It is over shadowed by it's neighbor Chicago's mexican chain restaurant "Los Comales". Many who travel to Mexico in search of the true Mexican food end up in Cancun or Puerto Vallarta. Eating at expensive so called real Mexican restaurant but I say to eat real Mexican food you must go past the Hotel zone an into the small towns and get that real Mexican taste. That is what Arteaga's gives you. I can truelly say that when I am their I'm reminded of my Mama Carmen's cooking in Tepatitlan, Jalisco.
