A Nightmare!. I ordered flowers online from Marcie's Florist. The flowers were for my uncle who was in a Milwaukee hospital. I received an order confirmation, but the flowers were never delivered, and I was never contacted. Of course, I did not find out they were not delivered until a few days later when I spoke to my uncle on the phone. I contacted Marcie's Florist to complain. The woman who answered was rude, uncaring, unprofessional, and downright hostile. When I told her that I was going to write this review, she asked for my phone number so that she "can retaliate." The whole experience was a complete nightmare. The only good news is that they have not charged my credit card....yet.‎
