a symphony of flavor. Fabulous food, cutting edge approach to interior and culinary design. Definately they operate on a higher level of excellence. If your looking for a unique dining experience check this place out!

WOW. This restaurant has a great homey feel to it when you enter. The waitstaff is great and they only add to the atmosphere because they make you feel like you are part of their family. I have loved everything I have tried on the menu and I especially love the raspberry margaritas. They don't use that store-prebottled fruit, rather they use real fruit that makes the margaritas wonderfull.

Yum. To sum it up - Yum! Everything I've had at Taqueria is wonderful - I recommend the Quesadilla Mizcta, And the Torta de Camaron - though the Torta they only offer at lunch - I wish it was always available! And you have to have the Natilla for dessert! Top it off with a margarita and you have yourself one of the best meals ever!

Don't let the size of this tiny storefront restaurant fool you. Inside is the best Mexican food around.. The Scene
The decor is charming, with bright colors by day and candlelight by night. An award from the mayor attests to the city's approval for bringing new life to the former site of a greasy-spoon lunch counter.

The Food

Azteca's culinary strength lies not in the menu filled with standard tacos, enchiladas and other Mexican items, but instead with the specials written on the wall each day. The flavors of Oaxaca are well-represented by indigenous ingredients and intricate recipes including the Ensalada de Pulpo, a light salad of poached baby octopus marinated in a tangy vinaigrette and served with baby greens and avocado. The Quarache, a sandal-shaped blue corn tortilla topped with fresh spinach, avocado and two salsas is delicious. Handcrafted margaritas made with freshly squeezed lime juice are hand-shaken to order.
