AVOID THIS PLACE, rude employees, horrible pizza. AVOID THIS PLACE! I do not know how they got 2 5 star reviews...might be employees because this place is gross. I was in town on business and saw their number on my hotel key, so I figured I'd give it a try. First, it took 1 hour 15 minutes for delivery which is unacceptable. When the pizza finally did arrive, it was not hot and the cheese had hardened...you know, how cheese gets if a pizza is sitting in a delivery vehicle for over an hour. The crust was soggy and it was honestly the second worst pizza I've ever had. I called, not to ask for a refund, but to just let them know about my poor experience so they could change their ways to hopefully not have this happen again. When I told them my pizza was room temperature with hardened cheese the girl on the phone said, "well the drivers have hot bags" Ok, that may be true, but no pizza stays hot and fresh, even in a hot bag, for 1 hour 15mins!!! The girl laughed a little like she really didn't care and hung up. HORRIBLE customer service, not even an I'm sorry! Oh yeah, and the crappy pizza was $20...you can get a much better $20 pizza elsewhere, do yourself a favor and avoid this place and their rude employees.

HOW TO GET A GOOD HOT CRISPY PIZZA? DON'T CALL PEPIS!!!. To the owner of Pepi's Pizza,

Please quit hiding under you're desk, and respond to the legitimate concerns of pizza's that are sub-standard for a historically reputable pizza parlor instead of having your pizza dough brained employees who do not understand how a professional "customer service" works. I don't like hearing, when I ask to speak to the manager, a voice saying, " Hang up on the Bitch". A person who was really interested in keeping a business open would be wise to heed the complaints. As a dedicated customer for over 40 years I have now decided to put the big X on your pizza parlor, and at every chance let other Pepis customers know that when they get a bad pizza from you and you complain, all you can expect is total rudeness and insults. This is no way to run a business Sir. In these tough times, you would think that every customer was special, and to alleinate customers can only be counterproductive in the end. Jon Krueger

Great Pizza!. I love Pepi's pizza. The crust, generous toppings and their killer cheese garlic bread are all great. Their service is also prompt and friendly. They are a tad pricey, but I honestly don't care, the pizza is that good.

More Yuck for Your Buck. Pepi's Pizza is more concerned with the dollar than providing a good, valuable service satisfying to all customers and not just those who are local or dining in their facility (all service is pretty bad but, it is worse for takeout or delivery). The staff needs to being addressed on providing/ displaying at the least, good morals, standards, and customer service. In short, the food was not edible, when asked for a refund they refused. They question you as though you are the one working there and they are the customer; and dipict an attitude as though their way is the only way. Pepi's leaves a bad taste in your mouth literally and figuratively speaking.
